Refunds and Returns

  • DO NOT send any item back without first contacting [email protected] first. Items returned without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • We do not accept used, damaged or altered products for a full refund.
  • We are not liable for missing or lost packages. If your package is lost in transit after it has been received by USPS, contact your local post office to open an inquiry before contacting customer service about a replacement.
  • We charge a 3% restocking fee for cancellations to cover credit card transaction fees
  • We do not accept returns after 30 days from date of shipment.
  • All returns will be carefully inspected before giving refund or credit.
  • We do not accept returns after 30 days.
  • Shipping costs will not be refunded. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns.
  • Never send any firearms, (FCU) or ammunition.
  • We do not accept returns if local, state or federal laws, rulings or determinations change or result in regulation affecting our products or pistols they are used with. It is your responsibility to know all local, federal and state laws. We do not offer legal advice.
